Are PS4® and PS5® saves compatible with each other (cross-saves)?
No, PlayStation®4 saved data can't be used on the PlayStation®5, and vice versa. However, it's possible to convert PlayStation®4 saved data to PlayStation®5 saved data.
Can I use my PlayStation®4 save on the PlayStation®5?
Existing saved data created by the PlayStation®4 version of Relink can be made compatible with the PlayStation®5 version by performing the conversion procedure below.
Note: Saved data created by the PlayStation®5 version of Relink isn't compatible with the PlayStation®4 version of Relink.
Before Converting Saved Data:
・For guidance on how to transfer data between consoles, refer to documentation provided by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
・Save slots for converted saved data are chosen automatically. You won't be able to choose which save slots to use.
・Any existing saved data in the chosen slots will be overwritten.
How to Convert PlayStation®4 Saved Data:
- Transfer Relink saved data stored on the PlayStation®4 console to the PlayStation®5 console.
- Start Granblue Fantasy: Relink on the PlayStation®5 console.
- Select Convert Saved Data on the title screen.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the conversion process.
Will my trophies carry over after converting saved data?
As long as you save your progress with all the trophies you've earned so far, they will carry over when that saved data is converted.
For example, let's say you earn a trophy but don't save. That trophy won't carry over when the saved data is converted.

Save and close your game, then start it again after a few minutes.
Note: Please do not repurchase the content you're trying to claim.
Restart your PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5 console.
Sign out of the PlayStation™Network and then sign in again.
Restore PlayStation®Store licenses.

How many saves can I have?
There are 3 save slots for each Steam or PlayStation® account.
Why does the screen get blurry whenever I move?
Try turning off motion blur. On the title screen, select Game Options, Graphics, and then Blur.
Can I play the game without connecting to the internet?
Granblue Fantasy: Relink can be played offline. However, features that do require an internet connection such as online multiplayer won't be available.
Why can't I use my voucher code?
An error message may appear when redeeming your voucher code. There are a few causes for this error.
- The code may have been entered incorrectly.
- One or more code segments may be longer than 4 digits.
- The code may have expired.
- The code may have already been redeemed.

How do I get my Granblue Fantasy serial code if I'm sharing a single PlayStation® console with multiple people?
Only one voucher per PlayStation™Network account can be redeemed for a mobile Granblue Fantasy serial code.
If multiple users are sharing the same PlayStation® console, each user will need to redeem their own voucher code on their own PlayStation™Network account in order to receive their own Granblue Fantasy serial code.
My physical edition didn't come with the purchase bonus. What can I do?

Follow these steps to access the digital artbook and soundtrack.
- On the PlayStation®5 Home screen, select Game Library.
- Open the Game Library. Go to the Your Collection tab and select Granblue Fantasy: Relink.
- Select Granblue Fantasy: Relink Digital Artbook & Soundtrack and install it.
- Once installation is complete, Granblue Fantasy: Relink Digital Artbook & Soundtrack will be added to the Home screen.
