To unlink Twitch from your Deep Silver Account, you need to follow a few steps.

Go to Account > Settings > Connections. Find Twitch and press Disconnect:

Deep Silver Account will require a confirmation from your side to unlink.

Click on Disconnect.

Your Twitch account is no longer linked to your Deep Silver Account.
