Troubleshooting QR Linking

If you are experiencing issues with the linking of the supported game via the QR code, please, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Exit the game and launch it again, generating another QR code.
  • Clear all the cache files & cookies for the Deep Silver Account website. 
  • Open your browser in incognito mode. 
  • Try using another browser.
  • Disable all VPN or PROXY applications.

If none of the above works or you are having another problem, kindly reach out to our support team directly by clicking on the "Contact Support" button, and please share a screenshot of the error. The latter would help us investigate the case and help you out.
